The fifth step is to treat the surface. Zinc alloy die-casting parts are surface treated through shot blasting, sandblasting, chemical treatment and other methods to improve their surface finish and corrosion resistance.
The sixth step is to perform heat treatment. For some special zinc alloy die-casting parts that need to be improved in strength and hardness, heat treatment is performed to improve their mechanical properties.

The eighth step is to carry out surface coating. Carry out surface treatment such as spraying and electroplating on zinc alloy die-casting parts that require anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation treatment.
